Refunds
There is no refund button or Stripe refund call in the Yaff app. The terms state Yaff does not offer refunds and that disputes are handled via Stripe between the supporter and the creator. If you as a creator want to refund someone, you would do that in the Stripe dashboard for your connected account — that path is outside Yaff’s UI.
Cancel a membership
Supporters cancel from their subscription list. Creators can cancel a supporter’s subscription from Dashboard → Supporters. Cancel asks Stripe to cancel the subscription on the connected account and emails the supporter. A webhook also marks local subscriptions canceled when Stripe deletes them.
Cancel Creator or Pro
Settings → Billing can send you back to Starter. That restores the 5% platform fee on future supporter payments.
Tips
A tip is a product type with an adjustable amount at checkout. New accounts do not automatically get a tip product today (the old auto-create callback is disabled). You can still create a tip product yourself if you want a “thanks for the tip” button.
