Churn is the share of members who cancel in a period — the leak in monthly recurring revenue.
Yaff stores subscription status canceled when a supporter or creator cancels, or when Stripe sends customer.subscription.deleted. There is no built-in churn dashboard in the creator UI beyond the supporters list.
