1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Yaff's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing our services.

2. Service Description

Yaff is a platform that enables users to sell digital goods. We provide the infrastructure to connect sellers with buyers and facilitate payments through our payment processor, Stripe.

3. User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and all activities that occur under your account. To receive payments, you must create and maintain a valid Stripe account.

4. Payments and Fees

  • All payments are processed securely through Stripe
  • Yaff charges a 5% platform fee on all transactions
  • Additional payment processing fees are charged by Stripe
  • We do not store any credit card or banking information
  • Sellers are responsible for any taxes on their earnings

5. Refunds and Disputes

Yaff does not offer refunds for any transactions. Any payment disputes must be handled directly between the buyer and seller through Stripe's dispute resolution process. Yaff is not responsible for mediating or resolving any transaction disputes.

6. Content and Products

  • You retain ownership of digital goods you sell
  • You must have full rights to sell the content you list
  • You must not sell illegal or prohibited content
  • We may remove any content that violates these terms
  • You are responsible for delivering the digital goods to buyers

7. Limitation of Liability

Yaff serves solely as a platform to facilitate transactions between buyers and sellers. We are not responsible for the quality, safety, or legality of listed items, user content, or any disputes that may arise between users.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend access to our services for violations of these terms, including but not limited to: fraudulent activity, selling prohibited items, or violation of any applicable laws.

9. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of modified terms. Users will be notified of significant changes to these terms.
