Steps
-
Step 1
Create your account
From the homepage, choose Create your Yaff page. Enter your name and email. Yaff is passwordless — you sign in with a link sent to that email. You can optionally enter a promo code at signup; some codes waive Yaff’s platform fee for one month.
-
Step 2
Choose creator and a plan
After you verify, pick Creator (not supporter). Then choose a plan: Starter ($0/mo, 5% platform fee, unlimited supporters), Creator ($19/mo, 0% fee, cap 100 supporters, 14-day trial) or Pro ($99/mo, 0% fee, cap 1,000 supporters, 14-day trial). You can change this later in billing settings. A contact-sales Business Socks plan also exists.
-
Step 3
Pick your URL
Your username becomes yaff.io/yourname. Use lowercase letters, numbers and hyphens, up to 40 characters. You can change it later in Settings → Profile, but old links will break — Yaff does not redirect the previous slug.
-
Step 4
Add a photo and bio
Settings → Profile for your name, username and avatar (JPEG or PNG, square, 400×400 or larger works well). Settings → Appearance for your bio, hero image, theme colour and an optional profile video.
-
Step 5
Connect payouts when you want to charge
From the creator dashboard or Dashboard → Payouts, start Stripe onboarding. Yaff creates a Stripe Standard connected account, you verify identity and add a bank, and payouts are set to a daily interval. You can publish free content before this is done; paid checkout needs a connected, charges-enabled account.
What is live on day one?
The public page at yaff.io/yourname exists as soon as you pick a username. Visitors will see an empty shop until you add a bio, memberships or published content. Empty pages are noindexed so they do not compete in search.
Countries
Creators can sign up from countries Stripe supports for connected accounts. Supporters can pay from anywhere Stripe Checkout accepts cards.
