Yaff has two kinds of money movement: what you pay Yaff (a platform fee or a monthly plan), and what Stripe charges to process the card. They are separate.
Supporters pay Yaff-connected Stripe Checkout. Funds land in your Stripe connected account, then Stripe pays your bank. Yaff does not hold a separate wallet.
