Glossary / Patron
A patron is a fan who pays a creator on a regular basis, a word popularised by Patreon and older patronage traditions.
Yaff usually says supporter or member. The relationship is the same idea: a paid membership recorded as a Subscription. Yaff does not import Patreon patrons automatically.
Someone who paid on Patreon and later joins yaff.io/yourname is a patron on both sites until they cancel one of them.
No import exists. Announce the move and use free passes if you want to gift a month.
Don't wait to share your passion with the world. Whether you're a creator building a fanbase or an athlete funding your next adventure, Yaff makes it easy to create, connect, and earn.
