I thought it might be helpful to share with you the correct Soaking Times for Nuts and Seeds—which I put together myself after years of having to keep referencing online.
In case you didn't know, the reason we soak seeds and nuts is to get wash away the plant toxins (for us humans at least)—those parts of the seed that prevent it from
sprouting too early.
For example, the reason there is a tough outer shell is to ensure it takes the perfect time to break down (through the rain), and meet the right conditions for growing on the other side of the season!
