Holy cow there's some good ideas here!!! You could have a list of 5 taboo words like tired, hungry, 6/7, camp, gator etc. and if either of you says them there has to be a punishment like dropping down & doing 20 press-ups or giving one of your snacks to your buddy - or losing a sleeping item, I like that one ...

Kind of going along with the mystery challenge idea, y’all could decide to pick one challenge from the hat every hour (or however often you want) and I think it would be funny if you mixed in other good and bad cards with the challenges so basically like upgrades or forfeits to make things easier or harder for you. You could decide if the upgrade/forfeit applies to individual people or the whole group, but some ideas are like: 1. Build your own kayak/raft to float on 2. Either “Headlight” (Upgrade Card) or could have a “No Headlight” (Forfeit Card) if everyone plans to use headlights and you want to sabotage people 3. Tool upgrade (people gain access to better tools) 4. Only can paddle on one side of the kayak (definitely a forfeit, what an L) 5. Charades (No talking, only can act out) (for however long you decide) 6. Limited vocab - Whoever draws can only use the following phrases for the next 30 minutes (“I like that”, “Can I have some?”, or *growl noise*) 7. Firemaster (get to light a fire with a lighter) 8. Shelter downgrade (lose one item of your sleeping set up, pad, pillow, blanket, etc) 9. Sherpa (carry your friends gear for the next 30-60 min) 10. Snack token (bring a desired food item that someone can earn and share or keep to themselves to make everyone jealous) 11. Coffee break (Ticket to redeem caffeine boost (coffee/energy drink)) 12. One handed only (self explanatory) 13. Bug spray (should probably be a right, but we could make it a privilege… Is there malaria in Florida?) 14. Rule maker (Drawer makes a rule and anyone that breaks it has to do a forfeit decided on by the group) 15. Limited visibility (Hood up, hat on, brim forward, sunglasses on. Is it night time when you pull this card? Probably. Are there alligators (and Florida bears) around? Almost definitely, but you won’t know so have no fear.) 16. Karaoke challenge (Someones gotta wail to some celine dion or something while floating down the river) 17. TikTok Video (film an embarrassing TikTok video and post it) Obviously not sure exactly the plans y’all have so feel free to take or leave any of these ideas if they work or not!
