I get that too. I live in the mountains in Idaho and very attuned to silence. You have the experience of the ocean/wind sound now in your bones
That’s true. The sounds of the ocean on a sailboat are something I can always return to now.

I just got back from four days backpacking in Colorado’s Chicago Basin, tand it was one of the most epic trips I’ve done.
