It's amazing how stress can destroy our immune system and leave us feeling terrible. I have experienced that many times, all with no other reason to be sick. Actually, someone has been around to talk me out of the stressors. Once I'm in control of my stress, the rest eventually falls in line. It's a crazy life to say the least.
