All of these are insightful and at their core situationally agnostic and bring meaning no matter if you are a sailor, a corp career person, or a YouTuber on a boat. Love #8!

#8 was a big discussion we had on the boat about whether everything people do is ultimately selfish. What I realized is that there was an important distinction to make.
